As we continue to expand our presence in the North-South region, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Salesman to join our dynamic sales team.




As the Regional Salesman for the North-South region, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. Your primary duties will include:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding the existing customer base.
  2. Customer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers. Understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide expert product knowledge to offer tailored solutions.
  3. Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of Douglas Machines Corp. products.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Analyze market data to identify new growth areas and stay ahead of the competition.
  5. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Provide timely updates to the sales management team on sales activities and achievements.
  6. Trade Shows and Events: Represent Douglas Machines Corp. at regional trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote our products and brand visibility.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and address any challenges that may arise.




To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  1. Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, machinery, or related fields.
  2. Territory Management: Demonstrated ability to manage a large territory efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.
  3. Customer-Centric Approach: Strong customer service skills with an ability to understand and cater to customer needs effectively.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver compelling product presentations and negotiate sales agreements.
  5. Technical Aptitude: Basic technical knowledge or a quick grasp of industrial cleaning equipment to explain product features and functionalities convincingly.
  6. Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining a positive attitude.
  7. Travel Availability: Willingness to travel extensively within the North-South region as required by the job.
  8. Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
