Self-Service Quote

Our automated self-service quote system allows you to get quick pricing if you have a specific commercial washer model in mind.

This automated tool is useful for planning and general price information. When you’re ready to purchase or see what washer will work best for your specific needs, you’ll want to consult a sales engineer for specific pricing on your machine.

Self-service quotes are processed in minutes during regular business hours (M – F, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, EST). Outside of those hours, your quote should be processed the next business day.

Full-Service Quote

Our Full-Service Quote System will put you in contact with design and sales engineers to determine the best solution for your exact needs.

Based on the information in your Request for Quote Form, they can provide a detailed quote with specs and drawings for a machine matched to your needs, either standard or customized.

Our full-service representatives can also consult with you about your options and answer your installation questions by email or phone.

Full-service quotes are the best option when you want accurate information for your needs.

Parts Quote

To get the most out of your Douglas Machines commercial washer, consult with our Parts and Service Team about our available replacement parts.

You can find machine parts by category and type, and then add your selections to your Quote Request Basket. A parts specialist will reach out to help fill your need.

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Call our Parts Department with your model or serial number for help identifying the part that you need.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know your machines will clean my items?

To ensure that the customer is happy with the results before they even get the machine, we launched a dedicated wash test and research area.

Here's how it works: you send us your dirty containers, and we'll run it through one of our machines. Then, we send you a video so that you can see our machine's effectiveness on your items. Customers are also always welcome to visit our corporate facility in Clearwater, FL to watch the test firsthand.

There, we help our clients confirm cleaning effectiveness and throughput rates using different models.  This investment provides a perfect environment to ensure quality, reinforce high standards, and show our commitment to putting customers first.

Will your machines work for my industry?

We have provided washing and sanitizing solutions to companies in many different industries.

If you don't see your industry on that list, don't worry. We often make custom-designed solutions to match clients' unique requirements, leading to the creation of a specialty model for a new or emerging industry.

We're endlessly curious and always happy to solve problems.

So, to answer: If none of our machines suit your needs, we'll custom-make you a machine that does.

I've picked out a Douglas washer on the website, but it doesn’t explain what upgrades and options are available that I might need.

If you have a good understanding of what’s needed, complete the RFQ with an image and the dimensions of the container(s). One of our experienced sales engineers will review it and call you to share their expertise and help obtain the right equipment with the precise features tailored to your needs.

If I don’t attend a trade show, how can I check out the Douglas Machines product line?

Our team exhibits at 7-9 trade shows per year. If you can’t visit us at a show, our website acts as a virtual showroom, featuring our equipment and sharing product information.

There’s a standing invitation for interested customers to visit our Florida headquarters. It’s a great opportunity to tour the factory, meet our knowledgeable team, ask questions and see which model is the best fit for your requirements.

If you're interested in an in-person tour, contact us here.

However, all models require periodic preventative maintenance. Yearly check-ups are recommended. Make an appointment with a service professional by clicking here or refer to the manual specific to the model by clicking here.

What type of warranty do you have?

Do you sell used equipment?
