CLEARWATER, Fla., August 14, 2025 — Douglas Machines Corp., a leading provider of commercial cleaning and sanitizing systems for the bakery, food service, and beverage industries, has announced their acquisition by Sani Matic Inc., a Sun Prairie, Wisconsin based manufacturer of automated hygienic cleaning systems, components, and data driven solutions for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical markets.
This strategic acquisition integrates two respected and innovative organizations, leveraging their combined industry expertise and proven technologies to provide customers with an expanded and more comprehensive range of cleaning solutions.

Founded in 1979 and based in Clearwater, Florida, Douglas Machines has built a strong reputation for durable, high volume cleaning equipment tailored to the unique needs of the bakery, food service, and beverage industries. Their product lineup includes industrial pan, bucket, vat, and rack washers, available in both standard models and customizable configurations.
Sani Matic Inc., with a history dating back to 1943, serves the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and personal care markets. Their comprehensive offerings include automated cleaning systems, hygienic components, field services, and software solutions designed to meet stringent regulatory and operational demands.
