CLEARWATER — Douglas Machines Corp. hired Chad Dykstra as Vice President of Sales and Marketing on April 1, 2023.
Dykstra is an authority in the industrial washing and sanitizing space with over 30 years of experience. A mechanical engineer by education, he was first hired as a Project Engineer at Sani-Matic in 1993. Dykstra has since worked in product development, sales, management, marketing strategy, and account relationships.
“Chad has had a hand in nearly every aspect of this industry,” said Douglas Machines Corp. Marketing Manager Mesh Naidoo.
“As an engineer, he understands the product on a foundational level. As a direct salesman and account manager, he understands the challenges our customers face in their day-to-day sanitation needs.”
Dykstra has held diverse roles in a niche industry, making him a unique candidate for the position.
