REBUILDS

Douglas technicians typically perform machine rebuilds subsequent to the machine evaluation.  As a rebuild costs a fraction of a new washer, many clients choose this quicker, lower-cost alternative.

This service includes a fixed-price rebuild of your machine, and installing replacement parts to bring it back to OEM specifications. Technicians can also perform factory operation and maintenance training to ensure your machine runs efficiently for years to come.

We offer scheduling flexibility to work around your production schedules. Where applicable, we can also upgrade the user controls to the latest generation.

The machine rebuild comes with a 90-day warranty on all parts replaced and labor performed.  Discounts are offered at the time of quotation and are based on the value of the rebuild.
