Vat and Bin Cleaner - A Douglas Machine

Douglas Machine Vat Cleaners and Bin Cleaners are manufactured in four basic designs. Selecting one Douglas machine over another depends on the size of containers, the quantity to be cleaned and the type of detergent to be used. Regardless of the Douglas Machine model, however, all Douglas Vat Cleaners and Bin Cleaners feature recirculating wash water to save on water, energy and chemicals. All Douglas Vat Cleaners and Bin Cleaners also feature self contained water heating and heavy duty stainless steel construction.
   
Douglas Machine VBW-1000 Vat Cleaner The Douglas Machine Model VBW-1000 Vat Cleaner is a specialty machine for 400# or 600# vats and buggies. Vats are loaded onto the door which raises the container into the machine, cleans the inside and outside and returns it to the floor. This Douglas vat cleaner features a recirculating pre-wash, followed by a recirculating wash and then a final sanitizing rinse. A special feature of the vat cleaner is an automatic rinse diverter that keeps expensive caustic detergents in the wash tank from being diluted.
   
Douglas Machine BW-1000 Vat Cleaner

The Douglas Machine Model BW-1000-C Bin Cleaner features the same operation as the VBW-1000 Vat Cleaner but can be used with much larger containers, typically 48” wide x 48”long x 45” high. This Douglas bin cleaner can be used for both plastic bins or stainless steel bins. An economy version of the Douglas Machine bin cleaner, called the BW-1000-E Bin Cleaner, is available for applications without the use of caustic detergents. Another Douglas Machine model, the DVBW-1000 Dual Vat or Bin Cleaner is designed to hold two Vats or one Bin in the same machine.
   
Douglas Machine WR-2500-CBW Combo Bin Cleaner

The Douglas Machine, Water Saving, Model WR-2500-CBW Combo Bin Cleaner is a continuous cleaning tunnel washer that can clean up to 60 bins an hour. An alternative Douglas Machine model, the WR-1500-CBW Combo Bin Cleaner is a space saving, tunnel washer design. Both Bin Cleaners can be equipped with optional blow-off modules.
