Douglas Machines’ commercial tunnel washers can be configured with any combination of 4 standard sections: recirculating wash, recirculating rinse, fresh sanitizing rinse and blow-off. If needed, a recirculating pre-wash can also be added. Depending on the shape of your containers, Douglas Machines Corp. offers vertical or horizontal load machines with either transport belts or chains. Depending on the desired throughput, we offer a single or two-lane operation with transport belts or chains. Machines can be designed for space saving or water saving and inline or off-line use.

Douglas Machine Assorted Bakery Pan Washers
These Douglas machines are designed for moderate to heavy baked-on soils and have the flexibility to clean a variety of containers including sheet, muffin, strap, cake and loaf pans. Of course, the Douglas machine can also clean transport carriers. An adjustable hold-down mechanism is provided in the Douglas machine to allow for various heights.

Douglas Machine Sheet, Muffin Pan & Mould Washers
These are specialty Douglas machines that allow for similar size products to be loaded vertically in order to provide direct exposure to wash/rinse jetting and blow-off air knives. This maximizes cleaning and drying effectiveness of the Douglas machine by eliminating the masking effect of conveyor belting. Single and double lane Douglas Machine models are available.
