Douglas Machines developed this troubleshooting Guide to aid local commercial washer service companies in troubleshooting our industrial cleaning equipment. The Guide covers our Pan Washers, Rack Washers and Tunnel Washers from the early 1980's to current Douglas Machine models, except for the Tunnel Washers, Smoke Truck Washers and the Vat and Bin Washers.

The Installation Guide was developed by the Douglas Machines Service Department to aid local commercial washer contractors in the installation of our Standard Line of industrial cleaning equipment. The guide covers commonly asked questions, and contains information to ensure the commercial washers are installed and hooked up to utilities correctly.
