Developed in cooperation with manufacturers of multihead weighers, the Douglas Machine Model 1536-SPW Scale Parts Washer is designed to quickly and efficiently clean scale parts such as weigh and feed buckets, chutes, funnels, feed pans and other detachable items. Specialized wash racks of this Douglas Machine model can be loaded at the weigh station and transported to the washer for easy cleaning. Douglas Machine Model HD-12-SPW
The HD-12-SPW serves as a practical alternative to full size scale parts washers when space and budget is limited or in cases when a client has a modest number of weigh scales. By mounting specialized slide-in, slide-out wash racks on transport dollies, parts can be conveniently transported from the weigh scale to the washer. This innovative feature protects the parts during transfer and extends their lifespan by reducing the number of times parts are handled. Plus the HD-12-SPW eliminates the need to cut a hole to recess the machine in the messanine, dig a pit or use a ramp. |
