Developed in cooperation with manufacturers of multihead weighers, Douglas Machine Commercial Scale Parts Washers are designed to quickly and efficiently clean detachable scale parts such as weigh and feed buckets, feed pans, funnels and chutes. Specialized wash racks can be loaded at the weigh station and transported to the washer for easy cleaning. Vat, Bin & Barrel Industrial Washers
These Douglas Machine models are designed to clean and sanitize large volume containers commonly found in food processing industries such as vats, bins, tanks, troughs, combos, buggies, trucks and others. At the push of a button this industrial washer lifts and inverts containers into the wash/rinse chamber and then returns them to the floor. Smoke Truck Industrial Washers
The Douglas Machine Smoke Truck Industrial Washers includes extra heavy-duty construction combined with wash down duty motors and stainless steel nozzles, fittings and pumps to allow the equipment to be used with caustic detergents, removing the most stubborn soils. Rotary Batch Industrial Washers
