Douglas Machine Barrel Washers and Drum Washers are manufactured in four configurations. Selecting one Douglas machine over another depends on the quantity of barrels and drums to be washed in a particular time. Regardless of the model, however, all Douglas Machine Barrel Washers and Drum Washers feature recirculating wash water to save on water, energy and chemicals. All Douglas Machine Barrel Washers and Drum Washers also feature self contained water heating and heavy duty stainless steel construction.

The Douglas Machine Model BDW-1-HD Barrel Washer and Drum Washer is a specialty Douglas machine designed to clean one barrel or drum at a time up to 10 an hour. Rotating was arms clean both the inside and outside of the barrel or drum. An optional protruding spray nozzle is available for bunged hole barrels. |

 The Douglas Machine Model 1536-B Rack Washer can be used for Barrel Washing or Drum Washing with special roll-in wash racks that hold two at a time, cleaning up to 20 an hour. The Douglas Machine Rack Washer can also be used for washing pans or buckets with optional racking plus double oven racks. |

The Douglas Machine, water saving, Model WR-2500-BDW Barrel Washer and Drum Washer is a continuous cleaning tunnel washer that can clean up to 200 containers an hour. An alternative model, the Douglas Machine WR-1500-BDW Barrel Washer and Drum Washer is a space saving, tunnel washer design. Both Barrel Washers and Drum Washers can be equipped with optional blow-off modules. |
